Set Up Multiple Profiles
The Hike app allows you to set up multiple profiles under one account, you can set up profiles for your friends and family so when you request for them, our drivers will know who they are going to pick and call.
Ride Options
We have 3 ride options you can choose from.
- Hike Ride: 4 Passengers.
- Hike Mini: 3 Passengers.
- Hike Plus: 6 Passengers.
*Pricing differs per ride option. To see price rates, click and hold the ride option button on the app and the rates will pop-up on your screen.
Trip Safety
Both apps have equal safety features that can be used before and during the trip.
- Audio during trip is automatically recorded.
- You are able to share your live location to other hike users.
- The app will prevent you to request in a high risk area.
- You can share the trip details to your friends and family.
- There is a panic button which sends information to our offices and an agent will be ready attend to your matter.
- You can block a driver you don't wish to take future trips from.
- There is an emergency SOS button to call the police or an ambulance in case of emergency.
In-App Wallet
Since our app has fixed rates, with the in-app wallet you can deposit money into it, to use when you request a ride. Let's say you are using Hike to travel to work daily, you can simply calculate your travelling costs for the whole month and deposit money into the wallet to use daily.
You can manage your transactions with an external wallet called Owallet.
